Wveth 11 years ago #1. I've played the game multiple times and never run into this problem - I have 76 Speech and I've taken the Investor perk, but I can't actually invest in anyone. The dialogue option isn't there. I've tried all the shops in Riften, along with the Riverwood Trader and Warmaiden's, and there is simply no option to invest.
