So, I have the same problem.I downloaded every file that existed inside the modern warfare menu but still the game said "install suspended" and wasnt able to do anything.Even inside the playstore I cound not find anything else that needed to be downloaded.This is the only way that I could solve my problem by finding eventually every-single file
Same shit happened to me, i have struggled with this bug for 3 weeks, trying to fix it. Well the solution is simple, just delete the game, but also delete every data pack from system memory of your console, then go to the safety mode of device and make a reconstruction of data base.
